Amac is the only APR around here, so choice is easy if you ever need help with your Apple products.
Went there to upgrade the RAM on a MacBook Pro. All parts where in stock, even though the MBP is 5 years old. All staff there are very polite, al willing to answer all your questions.
I asked to install the parts for me, which they did without any cost! 3 hours later I was called back that the MBP was ready to pick up!
Super service, from super friendly people. Only point of comment when I was in the store that the AC was on full whilst it wasn't that warm outside, so besides a waste of energy also rather chilly and uncomfy inside!
Visited the store today for my laptop. I was helped quickly. Only they said that they charge 12 euros per 20 minutes to check my laptop fine. But then you are told that the smc is probably broken, while I myself thought that there might be too much dust near the fan. But that was not the case at all, according to the employee, according to him, the motherboard was probably damaged and the cost would be 500 euros and having it checked by apple costs another 75 euros. This left me completely in shock, thinking I had to give up half my kidney. Also ruined the whole day. But I thought I would try somewhere else before I have it sent. I also did this with the result that I only had to make my macbook dust-free. Conclusion: the employees are sweet but have no idea what they are doing there.
A longtime customer of this Amac store for purchases but also for service and advice. Leave the store with a positive and satisfied feeling every time. Staff is friendly, always ready to help, give good advice and also know their business! Highly recommended!
