Super workout! Within 30 minutes you have trained the entire body. A nice challenge and a different way of training because there is modern training.

This way of training is ideal for people who want to reach their goals through sports in a short time. It is a full-body workout that only takes 30 minutes. Furthermore, it is just super nice that you constantly receive feedback via the app that comes with it! You will also be guided a lot by the instructors.
