Exactly a year ago started at Buitengewoon Sportief with personal training with Dennis with the aim of connecting with the group lessons. Mission accomplished and so much fitter and stronger than I could imagine a year ago. I never could have done this alone. BGS challenges you every time to push your limits. Super good gym, good guidance with people with a lot of experience. However, not for wimps !! Here you get more like at the normal gym, also ideal for extreme athletes and obstacle run training !!
