Just exercise with equipment that is then set by your coach who is present at that moment ... There are certain times of the day and then it is quiet ... Especially for miss the older 40 plus to be there at ease To be ... Quiet music .. And when you have done your round twice, you are done after 35 minutes .. So great Sports there.

The guidance was good at the start. However, after a few weeks it leveled off. Communication was also very difficult. It was not possible to cancel prematurely, the contract was immediately pointed out. This "gym" really disappointed me.
