Delivery driver was only complaining and grumbling because it was 2 heavy parcels, while I myself took the heaviest parcel from the van. Bad customer service, very unprofessional

If I was not at home in time, they call to see if I was working somewhere close by, they will just as well deliver the order and this has happened more often. Friendly delivery staff Top company I think.
