We got to know Maarten during a viewing of a house that we were interested in. What we immediately noticed was that despite there were many candidates, he took all the time for us. The house eventually went to someone else, but a few weeks later Maarten already called with the news that he was selling a house that met our wishes. In the end we actually bought that house. We were so satisfied with Maarten that we asked him to sell our house and that was also a great success. Maarten is someone who takes plenty of time for everything and is very skilled in his profession. He guided us from A to Z and even in the evenings and weekends our questions were answered and any concerns taken away. What we also liked is that he wanted a conversation with us to get to know us better on a personal level. It is a hard worker and a man of his word. Thanks to him we have been able to sell our current home carefree and we will soon receive the key to our new home.

We hesitated for a while to work with Maarten Reuvers as a sales agent for our home. Until then he had - now the world looks very different! - no homes in that price segment in the portfolio. But his enthusiasm (and the fact that I know his mentality as a football player) convinced us. And fortunately, because he has fulfilled everything he told us in advance: the house was for sale only half the average sales time that applies to this segment; the house was presented fantastically on Funda and in a brochure and last, but certainly not least, the predicted sales price was also paid out after just three months. Despite the broker's wisdom 'rather one buyer than fifty viewings', he made sure that we, as a selling party, kept a good feeling by coming up with new prospective buyers almost every week, both people who had registered and people from his own network. that he had made aware of our house. An extensive evaluation was carried out after each viewing. And finally the buyers also seemed very satisfied. So, if you want to sell your house, go to Maarten, the man who takes not one but more steps extra to sell your house to the husband and wife!
