Don’t wanted to speak English Maurice the manager was disrespectful They act while the marked is good for them like they don’t need costumers because there are a lot One day if they need to sell or rent to survive they don’t k ow how to be polite Only person was friendly and correct was the administrative and reception woman

Put a house on Funda with the caption: "This house has already been sold privately, through our excellent network". Really is the most pathetic and cheap way to "advertise" as a real estate agent. Very sad that they cannot make better use of their time at the office.

We have had a bad experience buying a house. The broker indicated that if we wanted to have the house for sure, we should drop the resolutive conditions. We did not do this because we wanted to have a construction inspection carried out anyway. After negotiation, our written offer with resolutive conditions was accepted. We asked for a purchase contract several times but it was not drawn up, according to them because they were busy ... We were told aloof and emphatically to do an architectural inspection first because there were more candidates and we had to speed up. We did this then. Thank God! Because there were quite a few hidden flaws. We have emailed these hidden defects, identified by the structural engineer, so that they are aware of them and must share them with subsequent buyers. Let's hope this happened! We only received the following response to our email: "This confirmation only indicates that the email has been displayed. It does not guarantee that the email has been read " The attitude of the company with regard to the advice to let the resolutive conditions lapse, not drawing up the provisional purchase contract and then not responding to our feedback, mean that we no longer trust Maat makelaardij.
