Mr. van der Wal took a lot of stress out of our hands when Geuko became ill. Our son got sick and my wife's employer started to be very difficult until dismissal, which was the best choice. Mr van der Wal has taken everything out of it. The UWV's mistake was professionally addressed by the same lawyer and he was able to avoid a lawsuit by reaching a settlement with the UWV after they admitted their mistake. This lawyer is very suitable for your dispute in employment law.

Al sinds september 2019 bezig om een allimentatie verandering te doen alleen de advocaat laat het telkens afweten met smoesjes, het is inmiddels maart 2021 en nog niks geregeld! Slechte advocaat en zeer slecht om contact mee te krijgen! Wel geld betaald maar geen service!

Non-performance delivered by van der Wal in our case. Mr. reported sick the day we were in Tilburg for our lawsuit. No replacement sent what seems to be common in this. It concerned the purchase of a Volvo V70 which turned out to be inadequate one hour after purchase. The court case itself when done, the judge asked for a detailed substantive report of the car. This was not present just an e-mail with findings from specialist from ter Apel. The judge did not settle for this. So the case was lost. With a new and extensive Dekra report and ditto lawyer, the second lawsuit was won brilliantly. Lost 2 years in time. The application for legal aid took 4 months, the court had lost it according to vdw. Then called the court, and it turned out that he had never submitted it. In the meantime I had filed a complaint about vdw with the dean of lawyers. After the profit on the counterparty vdw had to reclaim money for me from the counterparty. He wanted to do this, but then I had to withdraw my complaint with the blanket and express my full confidence in him .... Do not comment on this form of blackmail. To be continued..
