A worthless and useless housing association that is only there for rent received. Deliberately ignores which tenant belongs to which neighborhood, but presents another with misery and chaos, complaints are ignored and rejected even if a report is urgent. The planner invokes code orange and then reverses it that people cannot come for an urgent job due to COVID. Everyone who can go to work and drive on the roads are present, but apparently a housing association feels far above healthcare, hospital and other necessary work. Every Dutch person now knows that they must keep their distance and wear mouth masks, but apparently the acantus housing association does not know this and does not care about urgent jobs, residents and plays for their own courts. My back door is outside Mr. / Mrs. Planner and it can no longer be closed due to snow, cold and other causes. A housing association should also be there in urgent cases for their residents who faithfully pay the rent every month, perhaps residents should turn things around, not pay the rent as long as this housing association does not comply with the agreements and neglects business.

My girlfriend and I have been registered for over 2 years Never came into contact with a house in Veendam I think this is a bit madness another moved 3x in a year I happen to know someone and very few houses available on the site and only pay 15Euro

If I could give my opinion, I would describe this organization as follows: Unprofessional, improper treatment towards the customer and the inability to come closer to each other and to come to a compromise. What exactly happened: We rented a house from this organization for 1.5 years, and only had problems in which the people would rather listen to someone else than the customer (tenant). We have been waiting for our deposit for more than 6 weeks, we now desperately need it but this organization refuses to make a little extra effort so that we can get it on our account this week (for the holidays we also have contact about the same with the promise that it would be resolved in the first week of January) No, Thursday January 14, 2021, you can expect it on your account .... keys to the house have already been returned from November 23, 2020.

Thick insufficient Acantus !!! Rent increases, but fix defects and obsolescence in your house! Calling, making appointments with you but then not fulfilling them. You will not receive a response at all with complaints from a neighbor's wood stove. Let me live in the air and clutter, I have asthma and I get stuffy in my own house every heating season. I have complaints and Acantus does nothing they stoke profitably. I myself am not allowed to install a wood stove from Acantus.
