The mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the work delivered. I had already dug up and cleared the sewer. Mechanic unclogged sewer with hose and then looked into the sewer with a camera to see what was going on. After this, a position was determined where the problem was. All in all 20 minutes of work. Had to pay € 184.46 for this. Anyway it was done. There will be a subsequent invoice of € 48.40 a week (08-01-2021) later due to incorrect addition. So it appears that all prices quoted by the mechanic EXCL. VAT. After reaching out by phone I would be called back. Didn't happen, but one last today (05-02-2021) ?? reminder (where is the first?) with a surcharge of another € 15. and Direct debit threats. In short, work is good but VERY pricey and aggressive in payment threats. For us NO WazoRiool again.

Very bad experience with this company. No cure no pay? Guarantee? Well really not .. Then everything has to be exactly right and also approved by the company .. They have visited twice. First time 1.5 hours at 160 euros. Would have pipes that are too narrow so that water does not drain. A camera inspection could potentially destroy more than fix it. Do they casually write on the work order "customer does not want a camera", without stating that it is on their advice ... So pay close attention to what they put on the receipt and do not sign anything if it is not correct .. The second time the technician searched for the solution again for 3.5 hours .. Now he simply pushes the camera into the sewer after 2 minutes (so fine ..). Reason for blockage is eventually found, but with a bill of more than 600 euros. Then they want to think along zero in these high costs, is the first time (was no cure no pay? And otherwise a mega bad advice. ..) not deducted and administration costs are also charged. In short, I found the problem, but for more than 750 euros I would really look for another company. This was too sad for words.

After the first visit from Wazo I was not too happy, I was not satisfied with the end result. I discussed that by phone the next day and from that moment on they actually did everything right. My points were taken seriously and they immediately thought about how this could be resolved. Today Wazo went again and only left when I was satisfied and had confidence in the advice. Ronald solved what went wrong on the first visit and gave clear advice. After that he left everything neatly. I am really satisfied with the work that has been done today and how my complaint has been resolved (just as important). At the bottom of the line, I would definitely recommend you. My compliments!!
