Ordered 10 days ago from this shop, havent received any confirmation on shipment so far, and sent 2 email - no reply. terrible customer service, and shady business activity.
I ordered some yarns more than 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard from them at all. I sent an email and never got a response. I called them but the phone has never been picked up, it’s always saying “at the moment is really busy” no matter when I called. On the website it says they need 7 working days, I don’t think it’s nice to state something if you can’t keep the promise. Still don’t know when I’ll receive my order...
Very slow. They do not send the order in 2 working days as they promise. You shouldn't promise to send it in 2 working days if you can NOT. I sent an email but no answers received yet. I wish I had bought from somewhere else. Curious about when I will receive the things i ordered. Hopefully not after I move to my new address soon.
