We called in advance if we could come to the showroom in Meppel. Except the opening hours, no telephone communication was made in advance about the fact that the children are not welcome in the showroom. There is also absolutely nothing on the website about this. At the entrance, an unprofessional employee tries to sell these self-made rules as measures determined nationally by RIVM. No one else was present to clarify where those rules were based at a time when the children under 12 no longer have any restrictions. We find this particularly customer-unfriendly and unprofessional.
