I never actually write a bad review, but once has to be the first time. We placed an order on Wednesday evening 3 February. This would then be sent the next day. This has happened neatly. However, the package was not delivered by DHL. Can happen and because of the snowfall I understand some delay and so I had patience. However, when we had not yet received anything on February 10 and there were strange reports in the track & trace, contacted T-toys. I was told that they wanted to wait. So sent an email to ask if she wanted to find out what was wrong with the package. They informed me on February 11 that they would start an investigation at DHL and as soon as they knew more, they let me know. DHL's track & trace stated that the package was delivered to T-toys on Monday 15 February. Then I sent an email on February 15th, February 17th and February 19th. Unfortunately, until now, no response has been given. I understand that something will go wrong at DHL, but as a customer service you should resolve this properly with the customer. Apparently T-toys think differently about this .... Edit: After contacting T-Toys again this time by phone, I was informed that there was a death in the family. All understanding for this, just a pity that no excuses were accepted. If you say: "apologies there was a death, because of this we renounced customer service, apologies that you were the victim of this" then it comes across very differently that you say that as a company you cannot do anything about it and that we just have to understand there. The package will be sent again tomorrow. Conclusion: You get your package, product is good, customer service could still be improved a bit.
