Placed an order. After wards I get contacted, one of the items I ordered are no longer in stock. I they can refund me. Well inventory I one very important thing to do right when having a webshop. And set items to no longer available if needed ( a week later the item can still be purchased on the webshop? So is it out of stock? Or you didn’t want to send it to me?) After confirming I would like to cancel the rest of the order too. I get a cancelation mail stating; because I didn’t pay in time the order is canceled Hold on. Order was paid in full ( iDeal) So no, order was paid in time. Don’t make up stuff, just send: order was canceled as agreed refund will happen in xx days.

The T2c earphones were delivered quickly. Now used once or some where once the connection repeatedly dropped out, the sound constantly faltered. This only improved after the earphones were placed in the “charge / store” box. The other times the sound faltered every 15 minutes. Sound is on the shrill side with too little bass, which I did not understand from reviews that I found in advance. For the price, they are reasonable earplugs, if they show little sound hiccups in the long run.

Fast delivery and fair price Ears work well and fit fine. During zoom sessions, the other party does indicate that I am difficult or not understandable when using the earphones. Could be related to the noise canceling?
