Hi, I ordered few products to avoid the sending cost, with the snow it got delayed, but I was always informed of all the steps. It arrived like one day later as the original date. The best of all, the order was not 100% correct, but one email and the action was taken quickly to solve the issue. I am now waiting for the correct item, but they offer to send even before I asked. I am using now one of the watches the BIP PRO very light and full of options, I do recommend buying with them.

In search of a 63cm width TV landed on the website XiaomiProducts. Ordered here before and that went fine. This time no difference: good website, fast sending and delivery. Recommended. 43” TV it self looks very nice. Easy installation. 4K. Only batteries were absent. Google assistent present. Simple remote. TV colors look great to me (no expert).

Fantastic service...was dispatched within a few hours of the order being made and was delivered just under 24 hours later. The Yeelight is fantastic...great performance and works directly from the app without the need for any additional Hub equipment. It is also significantly more cost effective than Philips Hue.

Amazing way of buying Xiaomi products without the hassle of waiting for weeks! I've placed the order for a humidifier in the evening, and it arrived after two days. Also the price seems to be in line with what you'd pay on Chinese websites, which is awesome! I'll be honest, I was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I had no reason to :) Thanks!

The worse customer service experience I have ever had in ordering something online!!!!! I can not talk about their products as I did not received one. I have ordered a vacuum cleaner from their website. The respective item appeared to be available and it was mentioned that it will be delivered in 24h. In the day after I received an email, saying that the item is not on the stock and it is not produced anymore, but they offer to replace my order with a newer model. I reply on that email mentioning that I accept their offer. Another passes by and I receive again the same email, like I had never replied to the previous one. I just ignored. Another day passes the same email. This time I reply and I ask them to cancel my order. They reply, apologizing “for not have seen my previous email” and that they can send me item. NO AT THE MOMENT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ORDERING SOMETHING THROUGH YOUR DELIVERY DEPARTMENT. All this lasted one and a half week.
