Referred by J.loket in August 2019 and able to have good conversations from start to now, practical ideas to solve a problem Good contact with both e-mail and telephone. Even now being able to consult at her office during corona time and come up with possible solutions is very pleasant. A judge does not always have to be involved in cases that are complicated for me, but she offers a practical solution that I as a layman could not think of so quickly. Of course it is very busy in this time of corona, but with patience we will get very far. With these holidays I wish Mv.Bouwhuis and all employees a very happy holidays and a healthy and safe New Year. Best wishes for 2021. Best regards. Remon Lodewijckx.

April 2019 we were referred via the legal counter to Mrs. Bouwhuis van Novumm advocaten in Zwolle Ms Bouwhuis assisted us in the procedure that we had to follow in order to register our son Frank in the register of persons of the Municipality. From the beginning there was a very good click with Ms Bouwhuis and we had complete confidence in her and her approach to the matter. She dealt with this for our emotional cause with great feeling and respect. In November there was a hearing in the court in Zwolle, with a positive outcome. A birth and death certificate that we were required for registration could be drawn up. Ms Bouwhuis then did everything possible to make it possible for us to register our son on his birthday. "I'll take care of everything myself and if that doesn't work I'll find a way". That has often been my motto in life. Enough knowledge to get out of it yourself. Yet I suddenly found myself in a situation that was emotionally charged and in which I no longer saw things. At Marianne van Novumm I then found accessible legal assistance. She was easily accessible, thought along and I could also contact her with my questions. There was also room for my own input and ideas. I especially felt that she did oversee the situation when it became too much for me.
