Carrying out sewer inspections ..... Homemade mistakes were recovered from us. The situation they left behind was a mess. Then a proposal for recovery which would cost 2x as much as we could have had it carried out for. Then contacted several times about the inspection invoice. Heard nothing for 6 months. Eventually had a warning, again tried to contact. In the end nobody knows anything anymore and I can just pay !! So there! Not just administrative !!

Miscommunication turned out to be well resolved, after I still receive reminders while we have already paid the amount. We would receive a receipt, but it was not sent, but a reminder was received. so a mess in the administration.
