We have been treated in a truly scandalous manner by Mr Freddy Thijssen and his company. 2 years ago for thousands of euros to have a central heating system installed. This system broke within the warranty period. Mr. Thijssen has really done everything he can to avoid having to come by to fix this. His mechanic kept us on the leash every time. In the meantime, we had no heating for several weeks. At one point it was even suggested to turn the thermostat higher. This while the heating did not even work. In the end, after a lot of effort, the technician came by and the CV turned out to be broken. This has been fixed. To our great surprise, Wellen BV also wanted to see money for this, despite the fact that we are in the guarantee. We did not receive an answer to the question whether he could explain this. We did receive a payment reminder and also payment reminders. This is truly the rudest treatment I have ever experienced at a company. The thermostat is also placed right next to the central heating where it is warm. we therefore have to set this heating to 28 degrees if the central heating is to start at all. We have to adjust this at our own expense. I really advise everyone not to work with this company.

This is really a worthless company. Have the central heating system replaced for a large amount of money. It turned out that this was not even adjusted what should normally be associated with the work. In addition, the drain must still be replaced. Because one question was asked whether this was necessary, Mr Thijssen immediately became irritated and threatened to cancel the guarantee. Subsequently, he was no longer available for us to have the drain replaced, with all the associated safety risks. We now have to engage another company for this. I would never hire this company again to have something done in our house. You will be treated quite rudely.
