Staff always very friendly and helpful.
Good advice.
Last Saturday we came running 10 minutes before closing time with two 'smurfs' for 'some advice about a new car seat'. Actually we expected a 'no sorry, come back after the weekend' but none of that. We were helped with all kindness and expertise. Not only by that one friendly lady who helped us, but by all the employees present, we were approached in a friendly and patient manner. Even fit in the car, look for another color in the warehouse and you're done!
This kind of friendly service is not self-evident and this makes us very happy! The next day we could safely go to The Hague. A super service and with a smile. Fantastic!
Good service, spacious store
Some messy layout, especially on the first floor. Nevertheless sufficient to find what we were looking for.
