Huge selection cards and magazines.
My daughter had received a booklet from TopModel with a secret code for Sinterklaas. Only the lock did not function properly. We got it open after a number of times and when we wanted to open it again, it didn't work again. The receipt was present. The lady of the store tried it herself and said the code had changed. Said this was not the case because we got it open with the default code and then it doesn't change. Then I was allowed to see if there was one more so it could be exchanged. This was not the case. Then it was found that the booklet had been bought in another Bruna store and I had to go there.
I don't think that's really customer-friendly! If I buy something at the Bruna in Maastricht and it is not good, it should not be the case that I have to go back to Maastricht with my purchase, even though I live in Assen!
The fact that it is a franchise is no excuse that I cannot exchange it for another Bruna, is it ?!
I always came to the Nobellaan with great satisfaction, but I find this really customer unfriendly! Unfortunately....
Far too many people don't like to buy cigarettes here. Rest of the store is fine
Has just been renovated, total different layout, larger and more of this time, beautiful books, birthday cards for sale, etc.
It has become really beautiful after the renovation. Much broader and clearer. They always have everything I am looking for and otherwise they will find it for me.
