The good parts: - nice and clean rooms - airco works as intended :) - great variety of activities for kids - close to the city center - food is good (see not-so-good part) Not-so-good: - food variety is limited, and the kids menu is always the same, with only a couple of options - maybe due to Corona enforcements, we had several mix-ups with the ordered food - because the restaurant used for all-inclusive was also used for regular customers, some drinks were removed in order to make non all-inclusive guests pay for them - like mentioned in some other reviews, we were also not very pleased about the swimming pool's personel inability to handle the teenagers groups witch were not following any of the pool rules

Hotel feels quite new which is nice. Staff speak English which is good but expected. The dinning area for breakfast was quite impressive, a wide range of food which tasted good. The pool was a nice addition. I would say it is a swimming pool with subtropical on the side as it is not massive. I can imagine it gets really busy and crowded normally - I went there when the cornavirus was getting serious so hardly anyone there at all. Free parking, but there weren't many spaces free and I think the hotel wasn't even 25% full. Very close to the motorway so very easy to get to if you are driving.

Over all, it was a good place. They had different packages, and from my experience with the 'all inclusive', I'd recommend it. You'd have free access to use all the facilities such asfmthe pool(indoor and outdoor), the water paradijs (indoor and outdoor), bar and lounges, bowling, a small kids 'jungle speeltuin', a small kids paradijs and animation team. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet included😉.

Very big but great facilities, especially with small children.
