Bought a beautiful Boretti outdoor kitchen. Before purchase everything went very smoothly and neat delivery. Unfortunately 1 small part was defective. Friendly help at first. But after that it does not progress. Receive the wrong part, always have to check it yourself, will be referred to the supplier and just before Christmas (two months later) you will receive an email from the supplier that the relevant part can be delivered in March at the earliest. Let's hope that it will succeed, but will undoubtedly have to go after it myself. I am now tired of emailing and never write reviews, but it might help ...
