Just forgot to turn off my lights while vacuuming my car - they were so thoughtful to charge my battery. But what a blunder but a top service. And I now turn off my lamps while vacuuming. 👍

I have rented a Fiat 500 via the Internet 1 month ago. This was for my girlfriend's birthday because this is a big dream for her to sit in there. Last night I called at 1700 whether the Fiat 500 was ready. The gentleman on the phone said that the car was ready between 6 and 7 o'clock. I was there with my friend at a quarter past six there. Told the employee that the car is not there. This one is in use by someone else. I do not understand why he did not say this over the phone because now we had to drive for half an hour for nothing! I have indicated it on time and called extra in advance. My order from the Fiat 500 had come in because I was watching on the screen. This is very sloppy and not professional !! So for the people who still rent cars here, pay attention!
