Mazda Dealer MACEDA

A dealer as it should be !! (customer) friendly, accurate, correct and cooperative. At the end of last year, a valuation report requested online for exchange our Mazda for a new Mazda. Fast answer with a very decent trade-in price. Made an appointment to view the exchange Mazda, no sales pitch the price offered online was neatly maintained. The color we would like was not in stock at Maceda and Mazda Netherlands. The seller (Jesper) called in our presence fellow dealers whether they still had that color on order and yes found one !. Maceda traded this car for a car from their stock. When our new Mazda arrived in Doetinchem, we received an invitation to come and see it. Saturday January 2, the car was delivered to our home, top service !! Now almost 40 years of experience with garages also with renowned brands, but such a garage / dealer is rarely found.

Just made a test drive with a mazda cx-5 from 2019, really a super nice car

Yesterday, together with my wife and daughter, we picked up our new (used) Mazda 3. This was nicely parked under a black cloth. The times before we finalized the purchase, we were always friendly and professional. (Even at 30+ degrees). We both have a very good feeling about this Mazda dealer. And that is mainly due to the professional atmosphere and customer-friendliness. Certainly a dealer and brand that stand for something!
