The sellers here may well go on a course ... I don't know if the workplace is good, thanks to the sellers it was not possible to buy a car.
Unfortunately, already 2 weeks about an invoice. I have already been promised 3 times that I will be called back on this issue and 3 times I have had to call back myself. Then you are sent from the box to the wall and nobody knows anything about it. Called this morning in front of my window that is half open and no longer goes up or down. In the meantime I have been waiting for 2 hours to be called back to make an appointment. I lost them as a customer.
KIEN, a car company with capital letters that clearly distinguishes itself from many others. Everything is right here from reception, sales to the management. No vague business, just clarity, friendly approach, concrete proposals, excellent service and correction handling at sales. THIS is a type of company where you like to buy your new car.
Very customer-friendly, special to highlight is the seller Edwin, we came for a test drive with a second-hand Panda, he treated us very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here and recommend.
My experiences with Kien Arnhem are mostly positive. Very customer friendly. I recently used their free Shuttle Service (delivery and collection to and from the airport while the car is being serviced). Our driver Rob was at the door at 5 a.m. and picked us up again according to agreement. A pleasant man and a great service when you go on holiday. Compliments.
