What a worthless place! If it says on your website and on Google that you are open until 9 pm, make sure that you are. Both the locations in Arnhem and Didam were closed at 8.30 pm. A real shame if you are on the road for half an hour for a gas bottle!

Last Saturday I exchanged my empty gas bottle, handy that this is also possible during the weekend. Very nice people who think along with you. Was also surprised by all the nice things in the shop. Handy if you just need to get a gift (during the weekend) for a birthday, for example.

you rent a car vw golf, when you pick up there is a vw Up ready, after 2 days it has to be returned. after some ... agreed to rent a bus for 3 weeks, after a week they find out that the bus is double rented, after a phone call a vw up is ready. I did not agree with that. without any notification they come without registration but pick up like this with all private belongings in it! after some discussion and settlement I had to pay for their expensive diesel and I would have broken a dent in it too !! again after some discussion and police consultation .. an amount agreed and ready with it. they do not want to admit anything, but at the end with the surrender they did admit that they were enormously wrong, otherwise you would not leave € 250 like that. in short, a worthless company with very poor commercial properties. absolutely not recommended!

I had a package from the DHL, already stickered and all. After me another 3 or four customers arrived. It was my turn, I was in line with the packages. The lady behind the counter walked to the other row. And wanted to help that customer. That customer said I was first, told that customer that regular customers came first. (That without looking at me a little and apologizing?) The next customer said I could do well, but no, she said she should do that from her boss, so then she did it. I sighed and said she just had to scan something. Her answer was that there was much more to it. Then the next customer also said that I could go for it, but no, I wasn't allowed again. Then I said it was pretty annoying for the customer, said again that it had to be from her boss. Then she finally scanned my package, and 10 seconds later she was ready. Did not have to do all kinds of other things. What a weird thing, we have never been so angry at something so trivial. I would prefer not to give any star, but apparently that is not possible.
