Most of the staff are customer friendly, except for a young lady, she was quite customer unfriendly. My tank is partly broken, so I have to squeeze during refueling to get my tank filled, have been doing this for a long time at Shell Oosterbeek. I now had a blonde young lady of around my age (20), who said to me that I absolutely should not refuel, to which I replied that my tank is partly broken, she says, yes, but I don't want you to fill up like that otherwise my fuel pumps will break, to which I replied again, none of your colleagues has ever been difficult, she answers quite cheekily and in a very unfriendly tone: THEN YOU LOOK FOR ANOTHER FILLING STATION, YOU WILL NOT GO HERE AT MY FILLING STATION ANYMORE TO FUEL. So I had to stop halfway through the refueling. So I pay in the end and say to her, very customer-friendly in an irritated tone (but still with neat words), I get a round of applause with the answer: Very mature, really mature. I was always a regular customer at this Shell, but they have now lost it. FURTHER FOR THE REST, ALL THE OTHER STAFF, VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND PROFESIONAL. MY COMPLIMENTS FOR THOSE WHO ARE NICE.

Great promotions when washing your car. I come here almost every week and then take a wash of 10.50 E. Now that insect repellant request the conditions inside. Having done this I get the answer that you only get this benefit with a paid wash Best. It is a pity that I do not bring 13.50 once, but 10, 50 every week. And then I am not entitled to an advantage.
