The assistant on the phone is extremely rude.
Even though I was so kind and trying to explain that I just need an appointment,the lady shouted at me on the phone and told me that I can do appointment only through mail. I wrote an email but they never write me back. After that I called them again to check why nobody is writing me, at this time the lady only spoke Dutch and hang up the phone again.
I don't think I will ever go there.
My 94-year-old mother went to this dentist for the first time today after being able to book an appointment for today a long time ago. But they knew nothing and my mother was sent away again. That was once but never again. She is now going back to her previous dentist in Arnhem.
Had bad experiences tooth extracted without the anesthetic working with explanation yes that can happen they never see me again am now at a dentist who wants to save teeth and not extract them.
Really rude dentist so childish i'm glad i'm gone hope she can close the place really bad dentist 😡😡
I had an idea that this dentist was more about money that it was really necessary. Now I am at another dentist who said that it was not necessary 1 tooth was not done properly. And phone very unfriendly and had to wait a long time before I got an email to go to another dentist because 6 weeks can be expensive 8 weeks 👎👎👎
