Nice telephone customer service, good delivery, not much damaged plates. Toko's isolation was good. Supplied Retricel PIR floor insulation boards were somewhat less. 30 mm Retricel PIR floor insulation board is not dimensionally stable. We got in a transport plates of 60 cm, 59.2, 59.5 wide as well. Officially they had to be 60 cm wide of course. Of course you cannot insulate like this, the plates don't connect like this. So we had to measure them all, select them, so it took a lot of extra time. Next time we will probably order another brand, where they are well cut to size. Sides are not neatly cut either. Excess Cachering often hangs on the side. Plus point with Retricel PIR 30mm, cachering / PIR is strong. Retricel PIR 20mm floor insulation boards were dimensionally stable, but facing / PIR is weak, you continuously get holes in it, PIR sinks much deeper from walking than PIR 30. Maybe order something else from De Isolatie Toko ...
