We regret that we went to this ortho (Groningen). They are very difficult to reach by phone. There is often no answer or you are connected to a national number. During the time of the lockdown corona, we saw that other orthodontists are available for emergency. I tried to call and email after 2 weeks. Had no communication / message about how they continued their work in corona time. They are, however, competent. What they do they do well. We only miss the communication about the progress. You can always call about this. let this be the problem.

The opening hours of the practice do not match what is on the internet, nor with what is on the door of the practice. So you get there for nothing. In addition, file parts are not accessible via mijn.orthocenter.nl that should be available.
