My toilet was running out, so I asked Theo if he could come over to fix it. It seemed a fairly simple job to me, but he had a lot of trouble with it, and had to return at a later date. When he got back he started to mess around a bit, and after a while the flush button didn't work as well, but at least the toilet stopped running. 3 weeks later the flush button was still broken, so I made an appointment with Theo to give him another chance to rectify the problem. As it turned out, Theo never showed up. I waited an hour and tried to reach him at his work number and his 06 number, but he did not answer his phone. I strongly advise against doing business with Theo. He is a very unpleasant person, and once he has his money, the satisfaction of the customer makes no difference to him. I am now going to call in another plumber in the hope that I will not get another bum in my house.
