The insulation company we hired had hit a cable in the wall. This caused closure. They couldn't reach it, the installer who came through a contractor said he couldn't reach it either. Konings did, without being too difficult, they solved this really neatly: the crawl space was tight, but they repaired the entire cable (with continued good humor!). They did a great job and sent pictures of the underground repair afterwards. It was neither fun nor easy (it turned out that 2 groups were mixed up), but they were in a good mood and they did it with pleasure (at least, we got that feeling). Thanks! Definitely recommended if you are looking for a good installer!

Requested advice for the repair of my heat pump. Very friendly and helpful employees and the colleague I spoke to contacted the manufacturer on his own initiative to discuss the possibilities. Very pleasant!

Work first job is well done in itself, only the bill was 2x the price as agreed in advance. They had sent 2 people for work that could be done by 1 person and mostly consisted of waiting (freeze pipe and then disassemble central heating). This was later credited with apologies after complaint. Then I made a request for a quote for another job and they apparently did not feel like it. I was asked to submit it in writing and had no response whatsoever. Therefore would not recommend them to others.
