We had a lot of parcels that had to be sent via Postnl. The man helping us was very nice and patient. Despite the fact that it was a lot of and boring work for him to enter everything. As the line behind us got bigger, he didn't get stressed or irritated either. Even the people behind us in line waited patiently. Despite the fact that we felt a bit embarrassed, everyone remained nice. Therefore, I thank the gentleman who helped us for his kindness and patience. But also the people who waited quietly in line.
