On 19.10.2020 I ordered 3 snail creams for 62,50€ and the sent a message on the phone that they left the package in the mailbox. Liars no one came and left nothing but they took money, I am very disappointed that you are a liar and do not respect people!
Not sure weather its the coving or just unreliable but I have waited a far time for my product and still did not turn up
I did order tablets from them and they didn't send it to me. And I do request from you guys do not buy anything from them because they stole my money € 77.90
I bought an item, which turned out to be faulty. I completed a return form, returned the item and am still waiting for my refund. They have ignored numerous emails. I have now asked Paypal to intervene. Very poor service indeed!
Very efficient in handling orders always delivers on time, i order quite often there when i ran out of my products, highly recommended.
