The cashier was very kind and thoughtful. I went to buy some stationaries including tape dispenser and tape to fill it. However, unknowingly the tape I chose was the wrong size and would not fit the dispenser. The cashier told us this and even went to fetch the correct one for me. This is unbelievable service as other places wouldn't care.

For some reason, this HEMA always seems messy A lot of products and I guess it needs to be more organized. Staff is friendly though and I like the self-scan service, it saves tons of times.

Need to be more prepared for costumers. The cashiers all busy and crowded with people and you need to wait very long time.

Great shop for picking up bits and pieces. Iced coffees have been shrinking steadily for a couple of years now though. Every time I go it looks smaller and smaller! I used to love them but now they just frustrate me a little.

Cutest accessories, chocolates, and handcrafted wine. The takeaway is awesome and happy on the pocket. I've never been disappointed with Hema!!
