In March an application was made to have income tax arranged. This would be done before May 1. Called on April 29 to ask how it is and I was told they were busy with sales tax. When I said that they had known for a long time that the sales tax had to be done at the end of April, I was literally told that it was not my place to hold them accountable and that they would no longer file the tax return. That 2 days before the deadline. Not professional and badly planned.
