The Polish e-consular is far from being user friendly. The moment you want to register for the appointment it informs you no places till one month from now and it doesn’t take any registration. So, the customer doesn’t know how long it has to wait for the appointment, one, two, three... months and plus extra month for processing the case!!! If that was the case in any private company, the responsible person would get fired...

Excellent service, nice staff quick and easy. Only had a problem with making an appointment through e-konsulat. I have learned that you must try a good few times a day, because they update at different times. secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl. It may say error try refreshing it worked for me. If not for you then sorry keep trying. Good luck.

I have had a good experience with this embassy over multiple visits to validate my citizenship, register my marriage, and apply for a passport. If you bring all your documentation the process is very smooth. One important thing to notice is that when you schedule an appointment with the embassy it is not a dedicated meeting; instead, the times are used to spread the volume of visitors throughout the day. You will still need to wait in line for your turn. Therefore, come a little earlier and prepare to stay a bit longer. Overall the wait is not very long as the place is small. I see many negative comments on some of the staff and the embassy should fix this; however, I have only dealt with friendly staff despite the chaos in the line with children running around, screaming, and couples fighting with each other. I’m impressed the staff can keep their cool in such an environment. I wish visitors would have more respect for the area but I understand that some issues at the embassy are stressful to deal with. Thanks!
