Everything is there for everyone and that ensures that you can take your experience of the yoga classes back to your own life outside the yoga class. It does not matter whether you have experience with yoga or not at all. I can recommend the lessons of Laura to anyone who is looking for peace and space in themselves or deepening themselves.
