Well, I had to buy something to help boost my internet connection and the gentle man really gave me all the details and help to chose the right product. I also went back the day after to return a mixed paint which is actually not refundable but I still got it changed for the right paint I needed. The cashier also gave me a positive vybe and I was happy with my trips to gamma this week.

Stock levels shown online often don't match store shelving, staff are less than helpful or friendly in helping out.

The store itself is a bit messy, some products are very dusty, some even dirty, some have beat-up packaging but they do have plenty of good products. Why one star? The service counter today. The service counter was staffed by two incredibly rude teenagers, they were absolutely horrible at their jobs and the way they spoke to some customers was way out of line. One man who had been in line for a while got completely ignored and when he asked why they basically told him to shut up. Appalling.
