They are extremely difficult to reach. Incredibly expensive for a small home, pay the top price. If something is wrong, it takes a long time before this can be arranged. Service super bad, customer friendliness very low.

I have been living at the same address for 8 years now. but nothing is done about repairs you have to go daily for a number of months they want to solve it well not even after 8 years still puddle of water in front of me door because of a drainpipe where they have sent someone for a long time several times and nothing is done about every other house here do not have those problems .. but even when people started living here people with a garden or shed pay an average of 40 euros more, they said why pay more than all my neighbors who also came in later but do have a shed or garden? I know we are in covid junk but most loved they don't do anything about repairs for covid and not after covid they are going to sell now hope it gets better don't see much worse

Nowadays they have a new thing if you want to respond to a home of theirs that looks reasonable, already unique. Then they determine that you have an income that is too low, even if you are entitled to housing benefit for that house. Then they increase the amount with service costs so that you cannot respond. So people with a low income are allowed to stay in the dilapidated shacks of this housing construction. They should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT RENT via Woonzorg. We have been bothered by our neighbors for a long time. Criminals who make noise late into the night, don't care about all the rules according to the housing contract and just get away with it and this housing does nothing against this! They make an effort after a long time to respond in mails / letters to get everywhere. Living pleasure at Woonzorg will be a concern to them. Response from Woonzorg Nederland: Your problem is not our problem.

Never seen so bad housing construction. My fire alarm went off every Friday morning at 9 o'clock on a Monday afternoon / evening someone comes. And then they find it crazy that I hit that thing off the ceiling !! ... and then not to start with the sheds that are about to collapse (vlietwijk). Also do not carry out maintenance on the houses. And the complaints that are not heard. Over, flooding, rising damp, bad ventilation bad CV installations, come on!
