Made an appointment two weeks ago to fix my stove. The appointment is canceled on the day and time itself, because they 'no longer accept these kinds of complaints due to busyness'. I've been waiting in the cold for two weeks. If they had indicated this earlier, I could just have called someone else. Very anti-social! Especially because the appointment was scheduled up to and including today, so an employee just got two hours off due to my dropout. Couldn't he have helped?

Very good. I already had a maintenance contract with this company and after my resume died of old age I was quickly helped to find a new one. Received a new nevit well, quickly and professionally. Fat +, expert technicians and a great new installation. Thanks.
