Nice to be able to crawl into a 'relax bubble' in a very beautiful location. Just not the rush of everyday life, but time for yourself, your child and relaxation. Time for your pregnancy. Open communication made me feel welcome right away.

What a beautiful yoga center in a wonderful place. Here I really relax. There are different types of yoga and teachers but they are all super to me. I'm glad I discovered NovaStrada!

When I first started doing yoga at Novastrada, everything immediately fell into place. Besides the nice lessons, where there is something for everyone and the beautiful place, for me it is mainly the atmosphere that stands out. Welcoming, open-minded, cozy, there is always a cup of tea ready .. Just nice. Even now in Corona time, they know how to keep this and they are finding a way to continue to offer the activities in an appropriate yet connected way. A friendly and approachable club. Fine lessons in a beautiful house / room in green surroundings. Sometimes outside yoga, I personally like that a lot! Always time and opportunity for tea before and after classes so that you can also get to know your fellow students, if you wish.
