14-7-15 I ordered a product from OfficePro. To date I have not received a product yet. After they first did not know where the product was, it turned out to be at a depot in Germany because a house number had not been passed on properly. However, it also turned out that this cannot be resolved within a few days. OfficePro advised me that they would then cancel the order and refund the purchase amount. I am still waiting for this. The employees are calm on the phone or by e-mail. However, you will always be talked 2 or 3 days in advance with an excuse. With spells like "it is on its way", "it is in the pipeline" or "the payment is still with another party", there is always a sweetener. In the end I have no product, no money and I am forced to contact my legal expenses insurance. My advice; buy nothing from this company.
