Started my first yoga class at Mica Yoga a few years ago. What a super experience, never knowing that I could get an "empty" head. In the meantime I feel so much better, physically and mentally. Many types of lessons and with the app it is easy to sign up. Nice yoga rooms with dear involved teachers. 🙏

Working on yourself in a beautiful environment. You can choose various lessons (high energy or consciously less) with great teachers. Every time wonderful to be there.

Every week I enjoy Michaela's lessons, from integral hatha yoga to dynamic yoga. Michaela knows how to guide you through the lessons in a professional and personal way. The lessons are concluded with a guided meditation. Afterwards there is time for a cup of tea and a nice chat among themselves. In short, yoga classes at MicaYoga are really a gift for yourself.
