Terrible service. They charged us way too much money for everything, I moved out and all the candidates I sent them to take over my contract were offered other properties so I lost a lot of money, had to put a random person to take over my place because I also lost my job at the time due to corona and that affected my old roommates in a negative way. I totally recommend everyone to not rent with this company. Speciallu regarding Diego, the agent. I had 0 support from him during my moving out, and as I stated before he even made it harder for me knowing about my financial situation and in these times of crisis for everyone. This guy takes advantage of foreigners and students that need to move fast. Edit for the answer: The last candidate I showed that is currently staying as tenant was also offered different properties but he took this one because he commited with me, so it's not true that the other 5 candidates were all students without income. I had to consistenlty send emails almost every day to get answers and make the contract fast and call repeatedly. The 500 euros of administration costs should be charged to the landlord since you are representing him and not to the tenants, the only reason I didnt send you a letter through my lawyer is because the invoice is not on my name. You can back up on your contract things all you want but your work ethic sucks.
