I chose Schieland Borsboom because they convinced me that they provided a high quality service. Their rate is certainly according to that, they are about twice as expensive as the average for the region. I was looking for a professional broker who works meticulously, and thought I had found one. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing. I was eventually able to buy a house through Schieland Borsboom, but that process did not go without a struggle. I was assigned a different contact person 3 times, where it was always insisted that all communication with the selling party really had to go through Schieland Borsboom. During the building inspection, a defect in the house was found. My broker indicated that he arranged for everything to be remedied before the transfer. However, as the transfer approached, it turned out that nothing at all was recorded between my broker and selling party, and the response was briefly summed up that I should resolve it myself. It cost me a lot of energy and time with my legal assistance, and in the end I just had to put up with the lack, due to bad work from my broker. In the end I now have a home with a lack, and that has cost me a lot of headache, energy and lost sleep. For the rate of Schieland Borsboom I expected to buy a premium service, but I absolutely did not get it. My complaints are simply not answered. Very disappointing and certainly not the professionals I expected to do business with.

Have you seldom seen a slogan that is so contrary to the way a company works: keep a cool head and a warm heart? In times when many companies really try to keep their heads cool and above water, this broker saw an opportunity to make money even easier. Under the guise of corona, the buyer is asked to make an offer within 3 days without viewing the house in advance. This while all other brokers in the region just neatly make 1 on 1 agreements, but choose to schedule slightly fewer people (after all, with this shortage on the housing market, an offer will be made anyway). It is quite unprofessional to do this under the guise of corona as there are alternatives to an open house (but they cost the broker more money). It is also not possible to obtain all relevant information for making a bid. Questions about the documents are not answered, nothing wiser after both telephone and e-mail contact. After submitting a bid, you will not hear anything for a week. In short, not professional and little communication. I am surprised that this broker makes so little effort for service in 'good' times and is not concerned with the image they leave behind with a consumer, and also dares to use such a slogan. And that while the home buyers of now in the future are your potential customers.
