When I started thinking about 4 years ago what to do in this profession until my retirement, I started to have more and more doubts. I had been working in green education as a practical teacher for over 35 years. The students became more and more difficult to deal with and motivated to learn the trade. I myself have little or no experience in greenery, yet I have found a super client who would like to teach me the trade. Working in greenery has of course its very busy time from March to August and after that it becomes a lot quieter in the green sector. Something I also noticed is that they are also very involved once you start working for your client. This is something I have not experienced with other employment agencies.

Some time ago I came into contact with "jobsinhetgroen.nl". I was interested in a position to work in Hellevoetsluis. They were looking for skilled personnel in the landscaping. So I sent an email and what jokes my surprise .... Less than an hour later I had Corné Noordergraaf on the phone. Very interested in my abilities, do and not. We had a very encouraging conversation there and shook hands firmly. Yes, that was still possible then !!! During this conversation it soon became clear that we understood each other very well. I am a bit older and have already heard many stories and stuff, but Corné had a bite and did not intend to let go. Less than a week after our conversation I received a call because the gentleman had arranged for me to have an introductory meeting with Verheij. This also apparently had a positive outcome, because not many days later the phone call came to come to the office to sign a contract. From that moment on I am a satisfied person. I don't ask for much, do my thing and try to keep everyone happy and satisfied. My contact with Corné is more than good. If there is a misunderstanding, one phone call or text is enough and action is taken. Even in the difficult corona period, there is nothing too much. Not even to bring a drink in the hot summer and just have a chat in this strange time. Not to mention that phone call just to ask how you're doing ... My findings to work for Baneninhetgroen.nl are extremely positive. Both with the company and for my contact person Corné. I cannot look into the future, but for now I have no complaints at all and the collaboration is just as it should be. Uncomplicated and based on mutual respect.
