In the past we messed up with another “official CrossFit affiliate box” in the region. Finally switched to CrossFit Zwijndrecht and this is, in terms of sport, the best choice I have ever made. Where other CrossFit boxes stop, Lonny from CrossFit Zwijndrecht continues! Rarely seen a coach as full of passion, dedication and dedication as Lonny. His knowledge extends many times beyond that of the average CrossFit coach. He also knows a lot about biomechanics and nutrition and also has an advisory role, both physically and mentally. His lessons are always varied and challenging and because of the many events he organizes for both his box and beyond, he often comes out surprising. Wet your chest because CrossFit Zwijndrecht really releases the beast in you!
