I got to know Lisette as a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable person. She can push you to progress and let you slow down if necessary. She responds really well to your personal needs and goals. Lisette is someone who puts you at ease with her warm personality. Fun and useful were the videos she recorded to further work on exercises at home.

As chairman of the Defenders Foundation in Dordrecht, I had a very good experience with Studio 88. We receive people who have been under pressure for a long time. Studio 88's yoga and meditation work well in this picture. We found Studio 88 easily via the website, it turned out to be communicative and it was very pleasant and professional to make appointments.
Studio 88 works with explicit attention to the assignment. The execution was also set to what the clients needed at the time of the session. There was a clear plan for each session, but it was adapted creatively and with conviction if necessary, also for two teenage clients. Studio 88 covers a range of yoga and meditation forms. The clients were so satisfied that the frequency was also increased.
