Just called if it was possible to move transfer due to earlier release of the purchased home. Answer NO. Nothing possible, in other words as flexible as a brick and not really thinking along with the customer. Would like to pay a little extra but the possibilities are not even considered. Handover is only in a month. They honestly admit that they don't want it because it takes extra time. Be warned.

Bad help, very customer unfriendliness! And as a gift a bailiff because they sent the invoice and reminders to the wrong e-mail address. A phone call was too much trouble, had I seen these reviews before I would never have chosen this bad notary. Be warned, choose quality and not craft notaries!

Well ... we came in, and we weren't even greeted. The hall was deserted ... not really the homey atmosphere. Several employees came by, and they had a lot of frustrated eyebrows and they could not greet you. Got a graveyard feeling where I didn't really feel welcome. In the end, the notary took up our case. A capable person, but aloof ... almost arrogant. Another notary would have been much better ... Extra costs unannounced on the final bill, a receptionist who has no idea where she works ... you get frustration ... no, never for me again. Waste of time and money.

Great experience when purchasing our home in March. Friendly notary who works smoothly and efficiently. Very nice! Now busy with the purchase of a piece of land and for that we will also use the services of this office.
